Climate Resilience Fair 2025

WCCAC Climate Resilience Fair was a great success!
11/13/25 Fair report:
On October 4, 2025, a beautiful fall day, Steamboat Landing was buzzing with activity. Fifty-seven climate resilience exhibitors set up tents, tables, information and displays. Exhibitors were exuberant in their feedback during and after the fair, noting they had a constant flow of people attending their sites and that the participants were knowledgeable, asking engaging and insightful questions.

Attendees were awed by the number and quality of the exhibitors! People took advantage of all the resources for ways to stay resilient, prepare for a changing climate, and transition away from fossil fuels. Vendors and exhibitors offered information and practical solutions on solar panels, heat pumps, building solutions, home energy efficiency, electric bikes and (EV) cars, plastic pollution solutions with alternatives to using plastic, composting, land conservation, food security and more.

The Fair was rounded out with lots of activities in the family & kids tent, music and poetry at the gazebo, and food trucks with delicious offerings.

WCCAC and our Fair Steering Committee would like to give a big shout-out of thanks to all our volunteers, sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, performers, and especially the attendees who made this a successful Climate Resilience Fair!
